Ayush Shrivastava

Ayush Shrivastava’s practice is focused on criminal law, as well as property-related disputes. He regularly represents and advises clients in matters involving criminal prosecution, investigation, and enforcement actions.

He has secured acquittals, bail, and suspension of sentence in several cases, and has experience representing both accused persons and complainants across a range of criminal matters, including those involving economic and financial offences.

He also advises clients at the pre-litigation stage, including during investigations and regulatory proceedings. His approach is grounded in careful preparation and a practical understanding of the criminal process, enabling him to navigate both procedural and strategic aspects of complex matters.

In addition to his criminal law practice, Ayush also handles civil disputes, particularly those involving construction contracts, drawing on his background in engineering to engage closely with technical aspects of such matters.

Krishnesh Bapat

Krishnesh Bapat’s practice is focused on commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on technology law, arbitration, and property disputes, including those involving intellectual property. He regularly represents clients in complex litigation before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts.

He has extensive experience in writ proceedings against public authorities, and has advised and represented clients in matters involving regulatory action, enforcement, and questions of public law.

Krishnesh holds a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge and was a Chevening Scholar. He was also one of the inaugural Digital Rights Fellows at the Centre for Communication Governance, National Law University Delhi. His practice combines a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to litigation with a focus on leveraging technology to improve efficiency, precision, and overall quality of legal work.

Samyak Gangwal

Samyak Gangwal’s practice is focused on civil disputes and arbitration, with experience across a range of civil and regulatory matters. As an Advocate-on-Record, he regularly appears and acts before the Supreme Court of India, and represents clients in proceedings before various High Courts.
