Who we are

The name Atarya is derived from Sanskrit, meaning “one who crosses the river.” It reflects the office’s approach—to guide clients through complexity with clarity, strategy, and purpose. Atarya Partners is founded by Ayush Shrivastava, Krishnesh Bapat, and Samyak Gangwal (AOR), bringing together diverse experience across litigation, arbitration, and advisory work.

The office provides high-quality legal services, with a focus on delivering clear, practical solutions in complex matters. Our practice is anchored in dispute resolution, and we represent clients in complex litigation and arbitration before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and tribunals.
